1. General Information
Kesha Jewellery is an Indian-based brand specializing in high-quality silver jewellery, including Rings, Bangles, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, and Necklaces.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our official website or any authorized sales channels.
2. Products & Pricing
All products displayed are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at our sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 weeks of confirmation.
Domestic deliveries usually take 5–7 business days post-processing.
Shipping is free for prepaid orders and COD orders Have nominal shipping fee of INR 79.
For international orders, delivery charges and customs duties (if any) apply as per destination.

4. Payments
We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item with unboxing video proof.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after verification.

6. Product Care & Warranty
All our jewellery is crafted from sterling silver and may naturally tarnish over time. Proper care ensures longevity.
We are not responsible for wear and tear, breakage due to mishandling, or improper storage.
7. Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. Any information shared with Kesha Jewellery will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, content, and branding on our platform are the intellectual property of Kesha Jewellery. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
