REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Kesha Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our silver jewellery. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or wrong item received.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery.

Damage due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

Custom or personalized jewellery items.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement request, please:

Include your Order ID, clear photos/videos, and reason for return.

Our customer care team will verify the issue and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

4. Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.

In case of replacements, we will dispatch the new product after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Shipping Charges
In case of a verified wrong or defective product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return does not meet our policy criteria, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the item may be sent back to you.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing your jewellery.
