SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
All prepaid orders  are eligible for free shipping within India. For COD orders a nominal shipping fee of INR 79 will be applied.

Please note that all orders undergo a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks, after which they are shipped. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

International Shipping – Charges and Timing
We ship internationally to most countries serviced by our delivery partners, including India Post, FedEx, and DHL.
International shipping charges range between INR 999 and INR 3999 depending on the destination country.

Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or levies imposed at the destination will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

International orders are processed within 1–2 weeks and usually delivered within 3  weeks from the date of processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from the 'Track Order' section on our website if you're logged in.

Order Processing Location
All orders are processed and shipped from our operational center in Jaipur, India. Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery Partners
Within India, we work with trusted courier services such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, and others. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to us.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Can I combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately, due to logistical and compliance constraints, we are unable to combine separate orders once they are placed. Shipping charges (if applicable) are levied per order.

Processing and shipping timelines mentioned exclude Sundays and public holidays, which are not considered business days.
